It is better to do this once or twice on each leg. Next, after bending the knees, take the painful leg to the next leg and bring it to the opposite shoulder using the hands. Do this for 10 seconds with both legs. The third method is lying down and raising one leg. The next method is to lie down and lift the leg towards the knee and lift it up and down 10 times.
One method that can be done sitting like this is to take one leg to the other leg and do it ten times for 10 seconds each in such a way that the head is not bent in the middle.
