Diet and exercise methods to increase height

It is the wish of many to be tall enough. We choose different ways to get taller. Lengthening is usually done in boys between the ages of sixteen and 18. Children should sleep for about 7 to 8 hours. We have to choose the right type of food at the growing stage. Eggs, milk, curd, meat, vegetables, nuts etc. all contain a lot of proteins.

Foods that are rich in vitamin D should be consumed. Leafy greens like chira moringa are very good for the body. Vitamin D and magnesium are other essential nutrients. We can get vitamin D by getting sunlight and eating lots of vegetables. Vitamin D is a factor that helps in the growth of muscles. Children should be dewormed after every six months.
